The Elms offers bulk-billing of normal weekday appointments before 6pm to holders of a pension card, a Health Care Card, those receiving a Government unemployment benefit, and children under 16 years of age. A discounted private fee is offered to these patients for appointments at other times, and on Saturdays. Veterans' Affairs Gold Card holders are bulk-billed for all normal appointments.
