About Us

We offer the township of Bacchus Marsh a family medical centre where patients receive reliable, quality and complete health care. Our clinic is owned and run by General Practitioners who live locally in Bacchus Marsh and are committed to maintaining the central role of the traditional family doctor. True to this role, The Elms supports our community through visiting local residential aged care facilities, supporting palliative care services, and providing in-hospital management of patients.

The Elms has nine medical consulting rooms, four allied health rooms, a surgical procedure room, and a three-bay treatment room. Our services include psychologists, podiatrists, specialist women's ultrasound, specialist echocardiography, dietitian, physiotherapy, visiting specialists, and on-site pathology collection, all supported by a dedicated team of receptionists and administrative staff. We are also a Government registered provider of Yellow Fever vaccination for travellers to regions of Africa, and Central and South America.

Where To Find Us:

The Elms Family Medical Centre is located on a car park at Main Street directly opposite the Bacchus Marsh Post Office boxes. Entry to the car park is from Main Street, with an exit next to the Subway Restaurant. The clinic car park can also be reached via entrances on Bennett Street and Young Street. Pedestrian access to The Elms from within the shopping centre can be via the walkthrough pharmacy.
