After hours treatment is provided at the Urgent Care Centre of the Bacchus Marsh Hospital, located on Clarinda Street.

The Bacchus Marsh Hospital can be contacted on (03) 5367-2000. Additional after hours advice is available through the GP Helpline on 1800-022-222, Nurse-On-Call on 1300-606-024, or the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department at www.vved.org.au.

 We encourage feedback from our patients as a way to improve our services. If your experience has been positive, we always appreciate a Google review reflecting your thoughts. To leave a Google review, please click here.

However, if your experience was not at the standard expected, choosing to leave a negative review does not help resolve the issue. Instead, patients should discuss concerns with their doctor, or any staff member, or complete a Patient Feedback/Complaint Form which is available from reception. Alternatively, comments may be placed in the Suggestion Box located in the waiting room. You may also ask to speak with our Practice Manager.
